Editing Section 1

Editing Section 1

The user preparing this safety data sheet wishes to include relatively little information in section 1.  You can set up “territories” and specify the sub-headings you want to include in data sheets for a territory.  “Chemical name” and “Part number are examples of additional, pre-defined headings that could be listed for section 1 but which this user did not want.  In addition to the pre-defined sub-headings you can add up to three of your own in section 1.

The telephone number, name and address of the supplier (as distinct from the manufacturer), a contact, an email address, and the emergency contact number are all included in the definition of the territory to which the data sheet belongs and so you do not need to enter them every time you create a new data sheet.
